Rules for Who’s Riding the Roller-coaster Breakfast Show contest on Heart East Anglia, April 2011
RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to Heart’s Who’s Riding the Roller-coaster Breakfast Show radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 18/04/11 to 22/04/11 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart East Anglia.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to the Breakfast Show between 7a and 8a (Monday to Thursday) and 8a and 9a (Good Friday) to hear an audio clue of a celebrity apparently riding a roller coaster. Contestants should send their answer in a text message with the word ANGLIA to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”) with their name and location. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out by the presenters.
4. A contestant will be drawn at random from all the correct entries and invited on-air to make their guess. If the listener says the correct celebrity they will win the prize and the winner will be announced on the Breakfast show.

5. Entrants must be over 18
6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
7. A season ticket for a family of up to 5 people – 3 of who must be children aged under 16 years of age.
This membership ticket must be presented at the point of entry and remains the property
of Pleasurewood Hills Limited. A valid season ticket entitles the named person to admission
to Pleasurewood Hills during normal opening hours and days. A season ticket is not
interchangeable for any reason. Pleasurewood Hills reserves the right to refuse renewal of
this season ticket or withdraw its use at any time. Lost cards can be replaced at a cost of
£5. Opening days, time and attractions vary throughout the year. Some attractions are not
included in the admission price for which a reasonable charge is made. Pleasurewood Hills
is a family fun park. Antisocial behaviour will result in you being asked to leave the site without
refund. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. All other terms and
conditions available on Pleasurewood Hills website apply.
8. Heart is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the on-air coverage and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Pleasurewood Hills
9. Once at the venue the prize winners fall under the jurisdiction of the venue’s rules and regulations.
